SJL Premiership Referees Contact SJL Premiership Referees There are various people who have been approved by the admin to referee matches within the SJL Premiership. It is the home team captain who is responsible for ensuring that a referee as well as the pitch is hired for the agreed time. The home captain must first attempt to call up a referee from the list provided below. If this is unsuccessful then he should call up Salim Kassam (mob: 07837392503) who is the referee controller for the SJL Premiership. All payments should be made by the home captain and will be reimbursed by SJ.
